1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Santiago Studio website and services ("Service"), you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age and that you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement under Czech law (Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code). If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.
2. Services
Santiago Studio offers a platform for discovering and booking fitness, wellness, and movement sessions at our studio in Prague, Czech Republic. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with reasonable advance notice where possible.
3. User Accounts
Certain features require you to create an account using a supported login provider (Google, Facebook, or Telegram). By creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information
- Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
- Accept full responsibility for all activities carried out under your account
- Notify us immediately at pravilo.praha@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Bookings and Cancellations
Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed once the booking process is complete. The following cancellation policy applies:
- More than 24 hours before the session: free cancellation or reschedule.
- Less than 24 hours before the session: the full session fee may be charged.
- No-show: treated as a late cancellation; the full session fee may be charged.
Santiago Studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to instructor unavailability or other exceptional circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
5. Payments and Pricing
All prices are quoted in Czech Crowns (CZK) and include VAT where applicable. Accepted payment methods and final prices are displayed at the time of booking. Prices may change at any time; confirmed bookings will not be affected by subsequent price changes.
Consumers (natural persons acting outside the scope of their business activity) have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, except where the service has already commenced with the consumer's prior explicit consent and acknowledgement of the loss of the right of withdrawal.
6. Physical Activities and Health
By attending a session, you confirm that you are in an appropriate physical condition to participate and that you have disclosed to us any medical conditions that may affect your participation. Santiago Studio is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss arising from participation in sessions unless directly caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct. We strongly recommend consulting a qualified medical professional before beginning any new physical activity.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including but not limited to text, images, videos, logos, and design — is owned by Santiago Studio or its licensors and is protected under Czech and EU intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data
- Transmit spam, malware, or any harmful content
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Scrape or systematically collect data from the Service without written permission
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Czech law, Santiago Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant booking in the preceding 12 months.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other matter where exclusion of liability is prohibited by mandatory Czech or EU consumer protection law.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Prague, Czech Republic, unless mandatory EU consumer protection rules require otherwise.
11. Consumer Dispute Resolution
If you are a consumer and your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may seek out-of-court dispute resolution through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority:

12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. We will notify registered users of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
